How did the deaths of family members effect the relation ship of family members?

The average life expectancy in medieval times were 35-40 but when the plague years came it was less than 20 years old. woman died durning childbirth men died in wars when children lived pasted 2 they could still die from illness and accidents. Most families were devastated when losing a child to death this was common but not expected. Flux is when people die and new people come in by marriage or rebirth this went on in medieval families. marriages ended often because of the death of a child or partner. Divorce's were not allowed in the Christan church but really didn't have enough power to prevent divorce. Celtic civil didn't allow under circumstances only adultery or barrenness. Wow a lot of things happen during medieval time when the plague came upon thing just got worst.
